Mysterious objects all around

1975: A mysterious egg-shaped object of roughly 85-88 mm was discovered in in a Ukrainian clay pit. The object appeared to be made of a black, glass-like material, but it did not break when the workers attempted to smash it. The object was given to a local museum owner, who then transferred it to a research center. The research results have never been officially published.
Rumours indicate that the clay coating of the “egg” indicates that it had been around since the clay pit began forming - over ten million years!
The egg was therefore not man-made, but it’s intricate form eliminated the possibility that it had been naturally formed... Some hypothesized that the object was of an extra-terrestrial nature. X-rays showed that the object had a nucleus, which contained some sort of matter.
Scientists analyzing the measurements of the object discovered that it was not constructed using the decimal (base-10) numeral system used by modern civilizations. Rather, it was made using a tetra-vigesimal, or base-24 numeral system. This system had not used by any know historical civilization, further casting doubts on the earthly origins of this “egg”. Researchers were even more astonished to find out that, when measuring the object’s density, the results gave a negative density! Researchers explained this result was due to the fact that the object contained anti-matter, which is not present in abundant quantities anywhere on earth.
Did the unsuspecting construction workers stumble across a relic of an ancient alien civilization who’s ship crashed on earth some ten million years ago?

DID YOU KNOW THAT... The High Priest garment bells

Did you know that,

recent excavations in Jerusalem unearthed a tiny gold bell which might be one the High Priest garment bells, as mentioned in the Bible:
In the summer of 2011, Eli Shukron and Ronny Reich from Haifa University were excavating the water drainage channel , which collected rain water in the city in the times of Second Temple (1st century CE). The gold bell, approximately 1/2 inch in diameter was discovered in the earth layers at the bottom of the channel. As the main street of Jerusalem was located above the channel and served as the entry point toTemple Mount, it appears that the bell could have fallen from the garment of high official walking towards the Temple and lost in the frainage channel beneath the road.
We cannot be sure who was wearing this particular gold bell and lost it 2000 years ago for us to discover. We do learn from the Bible (Exodus  ) that high priests of the Temple had a gold bell hanging from the fringes of their garment. Here is what it says about high priest Aaron's robe:
“All of blue…it shall have a binding of woven work …And upon the skirts of it thou shalt make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, round about the skirts thereof; and bells of gold between them round about”.

DID YOU KNOW THAT... King Solomon Tokens

As early as in 6-7 century AD christian pilgrims were carrying King Solomon talismans. The simplest of those talismans were made of clay and measured only half an inch. Those Solomon charms (properly called Eulogiai or Blessings) carried the name of Solomon and a drawing of Solomonic roots that have the power to dispossess demons and cure diseases. The first-century Jewish historian Josephus tells of a man who was cured of a demonic spell when a shaman pronounced Solomon’s name and had the possessed man inhale from “a ring which had under its seal one of the roots prescribed by Solomon.” The Solomon charms were meant to assure a pilgrim of safety. Sometimes, to get the proper effect, the eulogia was rubbed or scraped. In the Byzantine period, the burial place of Solomon and David was believed to be about a half mile from Bethlehem. This is where these charms were probably manufactured and sold to pilgrims.

Great news: Soon it will be possible to purchase similar tokens from my website:
Let me know if you are interested!

Pyramid talisman

Anyone watching the ancient Giza pyramids Pyramidfeels inexplicably attracted by their majestic, regular geometric shapes.
It was only in the last centuries that a few theories appeared suggesting possible effects a pyramidal shape can have on humans and even objects.
It is said that the pyramids may represent a unique source of life force, capable in certain conditions to recharge the human body with positive energy.

Nowadays you may encounter a variety of pyramids made of Rock Crystal, Amethyst, Fluorite, Nephrite, Carnelian, Rhodonite, Cacholong, Malchite and Lapis Lazuli.
These are usually quite small, so that they can be easily hidden in your palm.
It is also believed that talismans shaped as pyramids are reliable protectors against harmful and unwanted radiation, emanating either from earth or industrial sources. They may have beneficial effects on cardiovascular, sexual and motor systems as well as the brain function.

Some believe pyramidal talismans affect positively the chakras.

The usual advice is to keep such pyramids both at home and at workplace.

Different minerals in the pyramid may produce different effects. Rock Crystal or Amethyst may help to achieve peace of mind, shake off depression; Pink Quartz and Rhodonite would stabilize cardiovascular activity. Carnelian piramid, which is associated with the influence of the Sun is believed to boost one’s life forces.

Talisman for harmonious life and spiritual enrichment

Sometimes a small brooch or a clasp-pin with a bee on it will remind us of the vast world of symbols and meanings associated with this "domesticated" insect.
The bees have so many wonderful and often unusual abilities - organizing themselves in huge but perfectly coordinated communities, building complex structures out of wax, breathing differently from other animals and reproducing differently, too. Bees can hibernate in winter and return Goddess Maatto busy life in spring.
On top of it, they make delicious (but also healing) honey... Naturally, all those traits found their way to myths and legends of many nations. The ancient Egyptians regarded the bee as a symbol of diligence and harmonious life. Bee was also one of the symbols for Lower Egypt. Old legends tell us that bees were born from tears of the god Ra and they also came to symbolise the goddess Maat - an embodiment of truth, physical and moral order in the world. The figurines made of beeswax were used in ancient Egypt for a variety of rituals and magic acts.
In ancient India honey was regarded as similar in its effects to "amrita" - immortality drink of the gods; at the same time the process of gathering nectar by the bees was seen as embodiment of spiritual enrichment. A blue bee sitting on a lotus flower depicted the god Vishnu.
The bees in ancient Greece were associated with goddesses Artemis and Demeter. Melissa means beeAccording to Greek mythology, Melissa was a nymph who discovered and taught the use of honey and from whom bees received their name (Gr. "melissa" - bee). As the Greeks believed that souls of the dead can transfer into bees, at times their headstones were shaped as beehives. In Christianity the Church itself and its community of believers are compared to the beehive, while a good christian is sometimes described as a diligent and busy bee, always carrying its basket with pollen.
Christians attribute to the bees diligence, frugality, pursuit of order and tidiness, wisdom and unwavering mutual assistance. Beehive as a model of a harmonious and peaceful society was also popular with many European monarchs. Therefore, bees can be often encountered in heraldry. As one example, bees adorned the coat of arms of Napoleon, representing in this case immortality and resurrection.
